A Viking oven that will not hold temperature can be an igniter, a sensor, a door seal or the control, and the cheapest of those is often the answer. The visit is spent proving which one: igniter current, sensor resistance, the temperature at the centre rack over several cycles. You are shown the number that decided it before anything is ordered.

The $89 service call covers the trip and that diagnosis. Say yes to the repair and the $89 is taken off the bill. The repair itself is one parts-and-labour figure, agreed before a panel comes off; the price table shows the band a part falls in, and a job no band covers is priced once the diagnosis is done.
